Exporting Reports

Download your affiliate link results as CSV for analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet tool.

Export your affiliate link results to CSV so you can analyse them in a spreadsheet, share them with a client, or keep a local record of your site's health over time.

What's Included in the Export

Every row in the CSV contains:

  • href — the full affiliate link URL
  • source_page — the page on your site where the link was found
  • link_text — the anchor text displayed to your readers
  • status — the link's status from the latest crawl (healthy, broken, blocked, redirects_to_homepage, redirects_to_search, out_of_stock, unavailable, checked, timeout, rate_limited, or unknown)
  • http_status — the HTTP response code returned when the link was checked
  • checked_at — when the link was last verified

The all-sites export adds two columns at the front — site_name and site_url — so you can filter or pivot by site in your spreadsheet.

How to Export

Export a single site

  1. Open the site's detail page from the Sites list.
  2. Scroll down to the Affiliate Links card.
  3. Click Export CSV in the card header.

The file downloads as <your-site>-links-<date>.csv. Each site export contains up to 5,000 links from the latest completed crawl.

Export all sites at once

  1. Open the Sites page.
  2. Click Export all sites at the top of the page.

The file downloads as all-sites-links-<date>.csv and includes the latest completed crawl for every active site (up to 50,000 links total across all sites).

What Data Is Exported

Each export reflects the most recent completed crawl for each site — the same data shown in the Affiliate Links table on the dashboard. Historical crawl data is not included today.
